主要使用于船用齿轮箱、农机桥箱、工业机械变速箱以及卷杨起重系统等湿式工况。该材料以黄铜合金为基体，配以摩擦调节剂，以喷撒烧结工艺制得。由于其特殊的配方和工艺，该材料在湿式烧结金属摩擦材料中表现出了极好的综合性能，比如具有较高的动摩擦系数、较低的静动摩擦系数比、极好的能量吸收能力和中等的功率吸收能力，而且相比纸基材料具有较强的热稳定性、更好的耐磨损性能和耐久性能、以及能承受更高的比压。
Mainly used in wet application of marine gearbox, agricultural machinery axle and transmission syetem, industrial machinery transmission and hoist crane,etc. The material has a brass alloy base along with friction modifiers and produced by spray method.This kind of material exhibits wonderful characteristics because of its special formula and technological process parameters. It has high dynamic friction coefficient , the lower static to dynamic ratio, moderate power and excellent energy absorption capability in sintered metal friction materials for wet running condition.Furthermore, compare to paper friction material,it appears strong thermal stability, better wear resistance and ability to withstand higher compressive loads.
